Wesley has been an entrepreneur for over forty years, concentrating on healthcare, real estate development and consumer product entities. He has a proven record of establishing, managing and growing successful businesses.

He was president of a chain of eleven hospitals from 1964-1972, president of an executive search firm from 1973-1980, owner of a 170 bed regional medical center from 1978-1992, special economic advisor to the President of the Soviet Union from 1988-1991, president of an international medical device company from 1994-1995, and president of a chain of clinics treating heart disease from 1999-2004.

In addition, Wesley owned and operated a retail pharmacy for 27 years, owns commercial real estate holdings, and sits on various boards of directors, for both non-profit and for-profit entities. Wesley brings his experience taking numerous companies from start up to successful sale and extensive commercial real estate development to Western Energy Solutions’ projects.

Gregory Bilson

Gregory holds a degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has been working in the renewable energy field since 2008, building a foundation in the development of waste to energy systems.

Gregory is a cofounder of Western Energy Solutions.

CRER is an Arizona based, 100% locally owned and operated company, leading the effort to connect community-based initiatives to address forest health with the construction and operation of biomass conversion facilities across the West. CRER seeks to utilize materials from federally managed forest restoration and fuel deduction treatments as the feedstock to fuel conversion facilities embracing emerging technology to create a family of marketable products.
